11.4 mile circular from Aber Falls road. Along the good track to Llyn Anafon ascending Llwytmor on a mix of sheep paths and trails. From here we followed trails to Foel-Fras and Drum (both 2nd time bagged). Descending the good track north-west, then onto trail over Pen Bryn-Du, Yr Orsedd, Foel-Ganol and Foel Dduarth (21m prominence). Heading down and back to road. 1141m ascent. Great views in sunny/high cloud conditions. Only a few people about. | DanTrig | 13/09/2023 |

From Aber via pen y cydgoed and foel dduarth. A steep pull up the latter from the ancient enclosure. F.D. is well worth the visit for the views it yields. Steepish pull up here from there but no difficulty. Heading to Foel Fras via this line of minor tops well worth doing. With db | stig_nest | 24/09/2022 |

From the free parking area to the west at the end of the lane at 67580 71601. Followed track first North then East curving around Yr Orsedd leaving this track when I had reached about 490 meters so a relative easy climb up to the summit, from there a path can be found over to Faol Ganol, returned to the car via the same track to the north. Two hours for the four and quarter miles. | WAYNE ROWLETT | 08/05/2021 |
