Drove up track to nearest forest ride... With Darren G | vegibagger | 19/05/2023 |
After Cnoc Sturraig, with Charles Everett. I drove up to where the track bends to the Sw then we headed up the forest ride, quite wet at first but improving and followed this out of the forest and then turned along the edge to reach the Trig pillar and the high point. Midges starting to congregate as Charles did his Triggy stuff. Back the same way and then on St. Columbas church near Keil point... | Dazingdale | 19/05/2023 |
Drove logging road ~1.5k to park NR 6605 1351. Break opposite heading ESE started bad, but improved as far as the break junction when I veered off near enough due E, and the break could barely be picked out from the clear fell, brash and new plantings. Once the mature conifers were reached at the next break junction it was easy enough through them, then SSE along a fenceline for ~600m. HP at the trig pillar. | jonglew | 18/05/2023 |
Drove the track, short walk up the firebreak and along fence to summit. | N.Morters | 09/04/2023 |
Pleasant easy walk up track to initially reedy firebreak. Faint trail up to fenceline and along to trig. | Lindsay M | 29/05/2022 |
You can now get a car to the firebreak at NR664129 leaving a very quick trip to the trig point. | Kiltie | 22/03/2022 |

Access along forest track from NW then along a forest ride and emerge from the trees to a fantastic 180 degree panorama to the south. Has a better all round view than Beinn na Lice at the Mull of Kintyre | andy | 12/02/2007 |
