Long walk in via Loch a Bhraoin. A great way up onto east ridge via gap in crags, and easy walking to the top. Not so easy continuing Mullach CMF. But we found a way through. Probably easier approaching from the NW. Continued onto MT and Munro. Descent back into corrie from the bealach and long walk out in dark from bothy. With B and R.jenx02/12/2022
From Corrie Hallie: Did the Fisherfield 6 camping below the summit of Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair. 8 hrs one day, 10 hours the next. Absolutely stunning weather.jigglybones23/08/2021
One of the best Munro Tops. Solo. Came into the corrie from the east and got onto the broad ridge via a large gap in the cliffs. Easy walk up after that. The grassy summit is amazingly steep with the tiny summit cairn on the edge of the precipice. Back to the tent, same way. Glorious.Dangerous Dave26/06/2019
From Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair, in gloriously sunny and dry summer conditions. The ridge starts off as a descending walk, then gradually evolves into a scramble, before a series of interesting pinnacles, exposed on one side and with steep gullies to the other. Great fun and, for me, the highlight of the Fisherfield round.Driftwood24/06/2018
On a beautiful spring evening from the Munro. Sheer hell. Snow, ice, loose rocks and rubble. Descended quickly down the S.E ridge when I encountered more trouble trying to descend the nose. Again, a very tricky series of rock faces and 'dead ends'. Suggestion: Find a easier hill and route other than this.Play2End14/04/2018

Left Mike, Jim and Scott at summit, to attempt solo in worsening visibility. Climbed most of pinnacles, but ran out of time and bottle to find route to the top. Must do again, maybe from Lochivraon.barnz4802/06/2016

'Only a top but all of the world to me,up there between the sunset and the sea'. One for the dedicated bagger for whom this slightly nervy scramble is worth it. Nice and steady does it. Easy unless you fall off at the worst moment! Solo.Chris Pearson02/05/2009

Alone. I departed from the Dundonnell road, going via Loch a’ Braoin to Sgurr Dubh, finding a way up the NE corner of Tom an Fhiodha. I reached the East Top of Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair and then the main top. The descent was just to the north of the East Top, descending more or less east to meet the path from Loch an Nid. It was dry, warm and clear. Sgurr Dubh and the East Top of Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair have recently been promoted to being Munro Tops. I had hoped that I would be able to complete all the Munro Tops by the time I made the ascent of Slioch, my final Munro, on 01/08/1987 so I did not make it then, but have now completed all the Munro Tops.pwbellarby10/08/1987
