Parked on verge at forest gate -125588. A really pleasant walk through woodlands NW to the stalkers path and then at 500m directly SE to the summit with CM. Descended steeply from 128608 SW to a gap in the forest and then a short walk back to the road. | bolton | 07/09/2023 |

With Rhona, Struie and Panja. Parked in Achnasheen village. Cross main road and follow signs. You can make initial climb easier by crossing burn after deer gate, going west and picking up hydro track. At finish of track, head west for Aonach Dubh, then N for easy walk to summit (bit peat haggy). Views on a clear day are stunning, nearly 360. Too many Munros to mention. return same way. | DampandDusty | 29/07/2023 |
Parked by Loch a' Chroisg A832. Nice walk up the track and onto the ridge leading to the HP | Andrew Simmons | 26/06/2023 |
From Achnasheen station. Found the track on the west side of Allt Achadh na Sine not marked on the map, up to the very small dam. Then across the peat hags and easily up the grassy summit cone. Then on to Beinn nan Ramh. | Owen B | 24/06/2023 |
Parked by Achnasheen station. Good path up the munro. Dropped a nav pin at the dam where the path leaves the burn for the return. Circuit of Fionn Bheinn and Meall a Chaorainn across the watershed/peat bog. Glad to see some evidence of peat bog restoration with wood and earth dams to reduce drainage. Hot morning but great views over towards the Fannichs. Solo | richard69 | 05/06/2023 |
From A832 at NH 124558. Up track, later stalkers path, then at NW end of hill SE over Creag Dhubh to summit. Low cloud, rain, moderate wind, no view. Return same way. 8 miles, 1800', 3.5hours. | MichaelF | 22/05/2022 |

2/2 With Fionn Bheinn in crap weather with Malky. On way back from Shills meet in Torridon. Gate locked at bottom. Very wet, windy, clag on summits. | Rounsfell | 03/10/2021 |
Solo. Started in Achnasheen and used Fionn Bheinn path to gain height to first hydro type dam then headed for Meall a’Chaorainn across the bog. Ground relatively dry but still some huge water patches in the peat bog. Once past bog headed up to summit. Nice views. Despite last start (12 noon) and only taking 90 mins to get up here, I decided to then go for Beinn nam Ramh (hadn’t been on my agenda for the day at all). | assynt_bob | 04/09/2021 |
Lot of wind forecast so settled for this short and undemanding day. Took the forestry track from S which gave gentle gradients and shelter from the wind. No problems going up but made the mistake of cutting down from the ridge too soon on the return which took me into difficult ground and slowed me down on the return. | dickscroop | 25/06/2021 |
From Achnasheen, follow walkers this way sign through gates, cross river immediately back to the left bank. New gravel road to water collection system. Before this point, at 15255 59608, turn left, where a faint but improving vehicle track reaches higher ground, just east of Aonach Dubh. Follow higher ground, north and slightly west, to bealach. Bad but better than the interminable peat hags elsewhere. Sunny, hot and good views. | iangalbraith | 18/09/2020 |

From Achnasheen, up path with multiple 'Walkers this way' sign to a hydro dam NH152597, thence N along intermittent tracks to the ridge E of Fionn Bheinn summit and round to the summit, descended WSW, crossed the bog and ascended Meall a' Chaorainn from the SE, descended S then SE across the bog to the hydro dam, back to Achnasheen along the hydro track. | kdbennett | 24/08/2020 |
Parked by Loch a'Chroisg and then through forest track and good stalkers path to highest point before turning S up a broad featureless ridge/summit plateau. Fine views of Torridon, Slioch and Fisherfield. | benalder284 | 31/07/2020 |

From Achnasheen, parking near railway stn. Good track on NE side Allt Achadh na Sine up to the small dam, then a fun time across the peat hags. On to the Munro. | jonglew | 13/09/2018 |

Up the easy track from Achnasheen, but not so easy when covered in ice and snow. Dodged easily around the snowed up peat hags to Aonach Dubh, then managed to submerge my boots several times in the snow-covered bogs at the bealach. Easy angled snow climb to the summit. Thawing rapidly, so a fast return to the track, and then slithered down slush back to Achnasheen. Amazing how quickly a strong, warm wind will strip snow and ice. | Gill | 18/12/2017 |
With Jon went the long way up to track and double backed to the top.left him there to do some measuring and went home. | tallblond | 07/08/2017 |

A weekend away camping at Applecross then a Graham summit something for all the family motorbikes, camping, hills. Very hot, with 15-20 mins rain on the descent. Did a linear walk took advantage of having 2 cars. | LizzieG | 04/09/2016 |
From midgy Achnasheen, track to intake then followed stream into peat hags. Found a better way back by keeping further south. | Topographer57 | 18/08/2016 |
From Achnasheen. Munro path has new hydro track branch off near road. Can be followed up to 500m intake. Easy stuff, some wet ground to cross to hill then short climb up ridge to summit with extensive views. | nordicstar | 18/08/2016 |
New track on left of stream. Then followed stream and then a fairly good line straight for hill through the hags. | jenx | 18/08/2016 |

Up the track at NH 12486 54420. There is a locked gate at the bottom of the track which can be climbed, and a few fallen trees to scramble over/under. I left the path at NH 11116 61030, headed up to the ridge and on to the summit. 40m vis, snow all the way. Followed my tracks back. | nicolajane | 14/12/2015 |
From Achnasheen. Rough ground before ascent to summit. Fine Autumn day with amazing views. Back using track. | Campbell Singer | 27/10/2015 |
Bagged for fun on the way back from Fionn Bheinn. My first Graham I believe! | huwthomas | 05/08/2015 |
With D Roeder. Chaorainn & Fionn Bheinn on cold v windy day, snow showers. Fr Achnasheen (10:30) used new track to reach plateau near waterfall. Used v steep E face to avoid wind and snowfields, but v slippery. Sun briefly on top. Desc vis S ridge then on to Fionn Bheinn ascending from col to SE ridge, then to top in teeth of blizzard. Cloud cleared a bit on top. More blizzard on descent, quite difficult; dry for the final grassy walk down. Finish 15:30 | dbb | 16/05/2015 |

From Achnasheen with J, Martin66, Shaky & RRR. Dodged the building work at the bottom & followed the path by the Allt Achadh na Sine to the rather boggy col with Fionn Bheinn. Headed straight for the summit through haggy ground & then more steeply for the final bit. Came back a bit further to the S which was generally easier although RRR still managed to step in to a boggy hole up to his waist... | NotReallyABagger | 27/06/2014 |

Parked by Loch a'Chroisg. Over locked iron deer gate, opened a second, on broad track up into forest on gentle slope. Path continued under 3 lots of fallen trees out of forest to open moor. Up by stream to broad ridge. Still rising gently over short deer grass, tundra stone patches to visible heave of the hill. To top at 12.40 after passing two dummy tops on the vast plateau. Golden plovers all around. My 150th Graham. | arranc | 10/07/2006 |
