Following Creag Dhubh Mhor. Sterply down to col, up and along the broad ridge summit. Hot day, good views, back to Fiag Lodge and cycle out.N.Morters05/06/2022
Cycled to Fiag lodge, diagonal line over S.top, reasonably dry ground. Windy!iangalbraith10/03/2022
From the Hope road at 515374, via CD Mhor, crossing the Bealach na Creige Duibhe to the summit, at the far end of the long ridge. Returned via Meall na Teanga - no problem with crossing burns due to low water levels. Total 6h 30m for 22.8k.NormanW03/05/2021

Cycled in on good track. Fine modern lodge with mono pitched roof. Will see me out even if I outlive the Duke. Direct line summit with super 360 views of numerous hills, many still with snow cover. Onwards to CDM.Coinneach21/04/2021
A round of Creag Dhubh Beag and Mhor from Fiag Bridge. Easy walk up the track to the lodge, interesting architecture but badly built; will fall down soon, I expect. NE from the lodge, contouring directly to CDB, then onwards to CDM up the stream above the bealach. Howling gale at the top. Both are splendid hills, easy going, fabulous views, but the walk back to the lodge round Loch Fiag is, er, less good.Gill21/09/2020

Cycled up to Fiag Lodge, then round of CDB and CDM. Track in good condition, nice ride up. Ground mostly fairly even with short vegetation. See CDM.Topographer5726/07/2019

From Ben Hope road. Parked above Mudale. Clockwise route taking in Bheag and Mhor. Had to climb 8' locked gate by farm then boots off to wade across 2 rivers in spate (my old OS map showed 2 bridges but not there anymore. Hoped to follow path/track to lochan but couldn't cross burn so had to go up left side which was rough going. Eventually took off boots again and crossed burn and up to first summit. Crossed to Mhor then direct route back (involving 2 more river crossings. Mostly easy ground though totally sodden.AndrewFinnimore18/06/2017

Parked up the Ben Hope road above Mudale nr point 145 on road. Woods now cleared, excellent farmers then stalkers path track goes through here and old pastures as far as the top spur at 330m just NNE of summit GR46418 34785. Easy to summit from here. Cut a direct line then to neighbouring Beag (some care on SW slopes of the Mor) before descending NE through some slow ground to reach the bottoms of Stratha Duibh. Interesting moraine piles, contoured then climbed up NE further on Meall na Tanga before crossing 1 km above waterfall (easy going) and rejoining track to start point. Really nice route, took just under 6 hrs.nordicstar22/06/2016
A circular route from the north east worked Ok.jenx22/06/2016
Coincidentally climbed the Creag Dhubh's by a similar route to nordicstar and jenx, the day before. The only variation was that, on the return, I cut over the bealach between Creag Dhubh Mhor and Meall na Teanga to reach the end of the approach track.Chris Peart21/06/2016

From the unfinished Fiag Lodge. Easy going over the moors, other than the continual swarming of clegs. The road into Fiag Lodge is very good.fasgadh27/06/2011
