Climbed with Richard on DMC new year meet. Soft snow on top and a bit delicate. Generally clear but windy on top at time. Decided to reverse route and walk back to Luib for party in the phone box!! before being picked up by Berenice and Andrew. Back to Kyleakin for steak pie.amcculloch01/01/2024
From the waterfall car park. A decent track soon develops going up the ridge.jef06/09/2023
From the small parking area immediately SW of the bridge over the Abhainn Ceann Loch Ainort (NG 5379 2652). Straight up the northern spur of Belig, then down and across to here.jonglew05/09/2023
Great round from Slapin on a warm sunny day. Last Skye Corbett! Nice scramble, but seemend easy after Sg nan Each.davechaffey22/06/2023

With Belig anti-clockwise from Northprwild24/05/2023
Round of Garbh Bheinn and Belig from north, 5 hours. Some interesting scrambling on the north ridge of Garbh Bheinn, not too tricky on gabbro, though a bit wet. Great views of golden eagle from summit of Belig. Descent via screes half way down N ridge of Belig, avoiding cliffs (easier to see route going anticlockwise).douglas_easton23/09/2022
Following Ruadh Stac. Fine day save the torrential downpour for last 45mins, hose pipe would be drier!N.Morters20/08/2022
Anti-clockwise route of Garbh-bheinn and Belig with John. Started from large lay-by at the Eas a' Bhradain waterfall. No visibility and very wet rock above 600m made for an more exciting round than it otherwise might have been. Descent down from summit of Garbh-bheinn was not obvious in the clag, but we got down with great care. Descent off Belig involved some scree-ing. Total time: 4h 54minmproudfoot19/06/2022
Excellent clockwise round Glas Bheinn Mhor, Belig, Garbh-bheinn, Ruadh Stac, Marsco. Some steep scree but no problems for me in this direction - so everyone else should be OK too. Strenuous 11 hours.carole engel01/06/2022

Great climb for the last 300/400 feet. Clear and sunny with good views of the Cuillins. 2 hours 20 minutes from layby. Headed to Belig. Solo.bolton01/10/2019
Climbed with Reg on Skye meet weekendJamesSDonald13/04/2019
After a week of extremely hot weather, a more normal day. There was some mist on top as I ascended, but it cleared as I climbed. However, I descended into the mist, which I didn't emerge from until just after the c. 440m col. This had the bizarre effect of making the 60m climb look more like 600m.dal01/07/2018

Sublime day. An cloud inversion lasted a good 4 or 5 hours. Great photos. Very rocky on top, care needed. Steep and scree descent towards Belig.Jhimmy03/06/2018
A fine round of Sgurr nan Each; Garbh Bheinn and Belig. Only problems on descent from Sgurr nan Each when I got on wrong line by-passing pinnacles but sorted it out. Everything else straightforward. Another fine day.dickscroop02/06/2018
Round of Garbh-Bheinn, Belig and Glas Bheinn Mhor from road bend in unbroken sunshine. Care was required around the steep summit. Mobile scree prevalent down to 600m.Topographer5726/05/2018

With Rob Wight on an enjoyable clear Garbh Bhein and Belig traverse. Some easy scrambling on both ascents.6 hours.alexmaclennan23/05/2017
Last Graham, Corbett and Munro: ascended Belig via SE ridge; Garbh Bheinn via Bealach na Beiste and Bla Bheinn via Clach Glas. Fantastic day in the Cuillin Hills with Alasdair Raffe and Ewan Lyons (thanks to Ewan for leading the tricky sections)raffemeister07/05/2017
From the A87 above the head of Loch Ainort via Druim Eadar Da Choire (qv). Steep and rough in places on the N ridge, then an easy, quite exposed grassy section of the ridge. Finally the ridge turned E and needed more scrambling than the N part. The very last section was rock- mercifully, as the slope below looked very scrabbly. Amazing summit- steep drops all sides and close up views of the rocky peaks of the Blaven massif. Next, Belig; after a loose descent a good NE ridge was joined- narrow, quite grassy, and definitely best tackled on the top of the arete. This arete gave way to a long, rather featureless slope, quite fast in descent.pwheeler14/06/2016

A 3.5 hour walk with Jake. Cloud just on summit but enjoyed the walk up it. Company: Jake the Black Lab.iandesbottes07/05/2013
