With Eve. Took path around to the West of the hill before ascending up this side. It became gusty at the top, though the summit itself was sheltered by a group of well placed, windswept trees. Descended East towards Scroggie.RufusHodge14/01/2023
From SW, path initially as per OpenStreetMap and signed Denoon then good paths to summit. Snowing steadily and a little icyRHW27/12/2022

10km loop around the Sidlaws - Auchterhouse Hill, Balkello Hill, Craigowl Hill in just over 2 hours. Beautiful views all around. Schehallion, Ben Lawers and the Cairngorms were looking splendid to the north as were the Lomonds to the south and the coast to the eastNicky C22/04/2022
