5/7 Ysgir fawr Horseshoe. MB down from Cefn Bach and up to Merthyr Cynog, the place of St Cynog's martyrdom. Rode up good track to SENTA boundary. Huge contrast between the range moorlands and the green desert of perennial rye grass.Rob Rees24/04/2021
