A leg stretch over the border today Up from Greenhill NT789~176 ~ Philip Shank ~ Across Mozie Law and down to Mozie South Top ~ over to Swineside Law ~ Long enjoyable walk back to GreenhillAndrew Simmons18/04/2021
Ample parking at Rowhope Burn (NT859114) > Swineside Law > Mozie Law South Top > Windy Gyle > Ward Law > Rowhope Burn. Good paths all the way except the odd excursion to a top across rough grass/heather but nothing too strenuous.JohnR02/10/2020
From the parking area NT 859 114 below Rowhope. Followed the bridleway up the ridge to the border, diverting the short distance to bag Swineside Law. On reaching the border headed SW on the PW over Mozie Law to Beefstand Hill along often half submerged flagstones. Then returned along the border ridge over Windy Rig to the summit of Windy Gyle. Then S down the bridleway along the Trows Law ridge to Trows, Rowhope and the parking area. Grand tour despite the wetness underfoot and sometimes from the sky as well! 16km with 600m of ascent in 4 hours. (S)silveracorn_alan07/07/2020
From Wedder Leap car park: Hindside Knowe (sub4) -> Swineside Law -> Mozie Law S Top -> Beefstand Hill -> Mozie Law -> Windy Rig -> Windy Gyle -> Ward Law -> Shorthope Hill -> Barrow Law (sub4). 20k, heavy rain most of the way round.jonglew05/11/2019

From Wedder Leap car park. Middle Hill, The Middle,Ward Law,Little Ward Law(Why not) then up to Windy Gyle and along The Penine Way to Windy Rig and Mozie Law. Descended over Mozie Law south top. A path leads down the shoulder to Carlcroft Hope where another traverses above the wood to the east finally rising to join The Street. Continued over Swineside Law, then Hindside Knowe(looked and felt like a tump) before descending back to Wedder Law CP.mart079703/07/2019
Up The Street to Swineside Law, then on to Mozie Law. After checking out both the Scottish & English sides, headed eastwards along the Pennine Way to Windy Rig and Windy Gyle (loved the paving stones over the boggy bits). Back to the car grassy along tracks, taking in Ward Law and Shorthorpe Hill en route. 3.15hrs.summitter25/05/2019

Left my car at the Trows parking area then the long steady ascent following The Street to Swineside Law. Then headed down and around to Mozie Law South Top having kept an eye on the change log and not been near before when doing Beefstand Hill and Mozie Law.Dugswell211/05/2018

13.4 mile walk from Wedder Leap car park, Coquetdale, followed road briefly then up onto Hindside Knowe (25m prominence) and along ridge to Swineside Law, passed goats up onto the Pennine Way, out to Mozie Law and Beefstand Hill and back, then onto Windy Rig and Windy Gyle, headed south missing Ward Law down and up onto The Middle and Middle Hill (nearly completely cleared of trees), then along to Kyloe Shin with a final pull up to Shillhope Law then steep descent back to car park. Clear and sunny all day but cold and very windy. Saw a few people all day mainly on Windy Gyle.DanTrig05/11/2017
From Beefstand and then down The Street tover Hindside Knowe (429m)to Barrowburn. Solo.Dangerous Dave09/09/2016
Walked past here many times but made the small diversion to the top today on the way down from Windy Gyle.Walker Dan07/09/2016
Last hill on circuit starting at Blindburn, returning from Windy Gyle via Mozie and Black Braes. Just W from Black Braes lies a bump at NT 8304 1419, not listed but looks quite TuMP worthy. Swineside itself has a fine flat circular summit, about 30m across. Couple of embedded stones to SE, or no feature to NW for high point. Returned to Blindburn via footbridge just E of Carlcroft and walk up road.Aye Jimmy16/05/2016
A good, clear track leads from the junction of the Trows parking area to the summit. A long, but easy ascent.moorsman30/07/2015

Walk from Barrowburn in Coquet valley - filthy day - clag down.Crib Goch19/01/2014
Done from the minor road in Coquetdale at 859115. Followed the RoW marked as The Street W then NW over Hindside Knowe, Swineside Law, Black Braes up to the border fence at which point we were almost blown off our feet by the wind. Turned E along the Pennine Way admiring the view all the way to the summit & then beyond to join the RoW S at 872160. Followed the tracks around S side of Ward Law back to the start.NotReallyABagger10/04/2007
