7/7 After an 18km circular walk higher up the Coquet valley, stopped off at Wedder Leap car park, headed up the gently inclining quad bike track, past the plantation that has been devastated by [I presume] Storm Arwen and on to the great viewpoint of Tindale Law. First sunshine of the day brought colour to the area, but still extremely windy on the summit. Just over 4km up and down with 270m ascent, taking just over an hour. | silveracorn_alan | 13/05/2022 |
With Jo, from Wedder Leap cp. Weather; sunny but a surprisingly cold wind on summit. Good visibility. | amblerbob | 25/04/2021 |

From parking opposite Wedder Leap. Up easy tracks from S of parking > Tindale Law. Easy descent straight down the hill ESE back to the road. Check https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/otterburn-firing-times before venturing onto the ranges. | JohnR | 03/04/2021 |

Sunny, direct walk up to woodland after parking at Wedder Leap car park, with lovely views today. | Dugswell2 | 10/05/2018 |
Used track which starts just S of Wedder Leap car park; bit circuitous but avoids the long grass and bracken. | Aye Jimmy | 14/08/2016 |
On the firing ranges so if the flags are flying the hill has to be vacated by 9am. No flags today though still made an early start. Parking at Wedder Leap car park then follow the path through the gate just south of the start. No access notices but I met the tenant who had no problems with me using the track. Turn right at the col to access the summit. 1 hour return. | moorsman | 31/07/2015 |
Steep climb from car park then through some woodland and final slog to summit. Pasture. | Adrian | 08/11/2014 |
On own. Circular walk from Buckhams Bridge CP - Thirl Moor - Fulhope Edge - Whar Moor - Bell Hill - Tindale Law and back along road 12 miles, 2400ft 6 hours. Ranges closed for lambing so great chance for an extended wander on these hills - saw no-one else all day. | Crib Goch | 06/05/2014 |
