From south by pylons but went wrong at building and went right . You should go left. Pathless ascent over tussocky grass on what I thought was the path. Much easier coming down on the real path. Extensive views from top.Mark Sims31/05/2022

2nd of 5 hills today on a grand route starting at Mytholmroyd station and finishing at Hebden Bridge, climbing Crow Hill and then dropping down SW to join the Calderdale Way, using the Permissive path over Great Manshead Hill that climbs gradually to Manshead End. Weather was cloudy so views muted but would be great on a sunny day. Descended NW to join vague track over Collin Hill before heading Nw through rough terrain to the Turvin road, continuing on to Blake Moor.Dazingdale11/03/2017
