With Rob. Cold sunny snow in tops. Ascended from valley met French family we failed to find scramble and ended up a grassy gully to ridge. We deferred descending the hidden valley as we did not have axes. We came off Bidean back to hidden valley | david.walker40 | 18/04/2023 |

Walked in via Coire nan Lochan as concerned The Lost Valley would be too banked out (it was, so long reverse walk out). Up Broad Gully, summitted Stob Coire nan Lochan then Bidean nam Bian - then along ridge to summit. Plenty of snow above 800m. Started in rain but clouds broke up | wychwood | 24/03/2023 |

took the path into the lost valley at Three sisters then walked to the far corie and up. the path was hidden by snow so just made a beeline to go up to the bealach. the pull up to the summit was a bit tough in the snow no views. | Aristotle Chip | 07/01/2023 |

From Beinn Fhada ridge. Ascent not as spicy as expected. Think I have followed the ledge from the Beinn Fhada col too far and missed the scrambling ascent. Instead ascended a slippy wet gully onto the ridge. Needed care but not difficult and quite short, then more steep grass to the ridge! | steveroberts | 17/07/2022 |
From the car park just west of the helipad. Lovely walk up into the Lost Valley. Good path up to Bealach Dearg the last bit on the scree was a bit poor and wouldn’t be great in wet weather. It was then an easy walk up to Stob Coire Sgreamhach’s cairn. The top was in cloud. I returned to the bealach and headed up easy slopes to the summit of Bidean. I did get some views which was great. It was then down to the col with Stob Coire Nan Lochan and up to the summit. This was a bit scrambly but easy. From the summit I headed down through the boulder fields of the north west ridge and then down into the Coire Nan Lochan where I followed the good path to the car park. Time taken including stops 6.5 hours for 8 miles. | isabelle | 07/06/2022 |

Very difficult ascent. With Lorna and David. Icy, precipitous and very exhilarating. Fantastic views. The descent - long and arduous and night fell. | Skerryvore | 15/10/2021 |
Up Lost Valley to Bealach Dearg, out & back to Stob Coire Sgreamhach, then Bidean nam Bian, Stob Coire nan Loch, descent via Coire nan Lochan. Tops in cloud, chilly wind. Solo | richard69 | 14/09/2021 |

Spent the weekend at the Ochils Mountaineering Club cottage in Crianlarich. Sunday 29/08/21, I met up with Alex McBride and we headed up Bidean nan Bain. Starting up the steep east slope of Beinn Fhada, to bag its two Munro Tops. Followed by the appropriately named 'bad step', which was a bit airy for comfort, on the ascent to the 1st Munro of Stob Coire Sgreamhach (1072m). Then Bidean nan Bain (1150m, 2nd Munro), from where I ventured west for the Munro Top of Stob Coire nam Beith (1107m) and then back up to Bidean. The return to the car meant we had to ascent the fourth and final Munro Top of the day Stob Coire nan Lochan (1115m), then around the west side of Coire nan Lochan and back to the Three Sisters car park 10:50hrs after leaving the Beehive Cairn car park, both of us suitably knackered. | chillyman8 | 29/08/2021 |

Trip up the M and family. Walk to hidden valley - might as well go to the top! Cloudy and wet at the top. Slippy on the red stone. Ended up losing track of the path going up horrible red skillp rock. Stick to the path for much nicer climb & descent! | 04pbake | 16/07/2021 |
Beinn Fhada ridge from Lairig Eilde CP. Up NE end of ridge and out to Stob Coire Sgreamhach. Back via Stob Coire nan Easain and the Lairig path. Nice swim in pool on way down! With B, R and Ben. | jenx | 29/06/2021 |
