7th top of 9 on a 22.5k km route from the Aber Falls upper car park with Adrian, climbing Moel Wnion, Gyrn, Moel Faban, Gyrn Wigau, Drosgl and then intermittent snow fields taking the track over to the top. We climbed a mini- Cantilever stone en-route before reaching the obvious summit pinnacle. Continuing to Llwytmor via a large loop to avoid losing too much height......Dazingdale06/04/2019

A circular walk from Ogwen Cottage. Pen yr Ole Wen, Carnedd Dafydd, Carnedd Llewelyn, Yr Elen, Foel Grach, Garnedd Uchaf, Foel-Fras, Llwytmor, Bera Mawr, Bera Bach, Drosgl, Gyrn Wigau and down into Bethesda finished off by a long walk back along the A5. Started near disused post office in Gerlan. Multiple round ... Gyrn Wigau, Drosgl, Bera Bach, Bera Mawr, Carnedd Uchaf, Foel Grach, Carnedd Llewelyn, Carnedd Dafydd, Foel Meirch. Return to start. Time 6h 40min. Beautiful day amongst majestic mountains. Clear and sunny - breezy on tops. Some snow on tops. Views extending to Lake District, Wicklow mountains in Ireland, Mourne mountains in NI. Scrambling on the Bera's fun. Walked solo. No nav difficulties but paths indistinct when not on main Carneddau ridge.jamessteel10025/03/2017

Parked by bridge at Aber falls.£2 all day. Walked up road to top car park then straight up Foel Dduarth. Steep going on scree & through gorse but great view of whole valley and snow covered tops on gaining the ridge.Then stroll down to col and upto summit of Foel-ganol. SET OFF FROM CAMP ON CARNEDD GWENLLIAN IN DRY MIST BUT IT LIFTED THROUGH THE DAY. SCRAMBLED UP BERA MAWR AND BERA BACH, THEN DOWN TO COL AND EASY WALK OVER DROSGL AND OUT TO GYRN WIGAU. NICE WALK BACK TO CAR PAST THE TWO ABER FALLS. DROVE ROUND TO CAE COCH AND QUICKLY UP AND DOWN TAL Y FAN TO FINISH NORTHERN CARNEDDAU.BURGESS01/09/2013

From Bethesda with Shaky on a perfect spring day. On to access land & then over Gryn Wigau, Drosgl, Bera Bach & Mawr to summit of Carnedd Gwenllian. Out & back to Foel-fras, then over Foel Grach to Carnedd Llewelyn. Returned by same route bypassing the summmits & a few ponies. A memorable day.NotReallyABagger20/05/2013
Loved this one, up from Drosgl (very boggy between the two). Weird and wonderful natural monoliths, a nice scramble to the highest point - extreme winds! Good views but the best views would come on Bera Bach.thesweetcheat18/04/2013
