| Cracking walk up from waterfalls to lake, then straight up side, fine ridge walk along top to the other peaks, incredible views of pretty much the whole of north and mid Wales, nice and clear. | From roadside parking at Tan Y Pistyll, up beside waterfall then on the permissive path (boggy in places) over Trum Felen to Moel Sych. Crossed the fence then on to both Cadair Berwyn summits. Paused to eat lunch in the large wind shelter. Descent (quite steep) along the top of Craig Y Llyn cliffs to the outfall of Llyn Lluncaws then followed the valley of Nant y Llyn to the road. | Walked round anti clockwise. Path up to foot of hill lovely. Path up the edge of hill definitely on the edge! Wide area at top. Continued to highest point, the broch (?) and then onto cairn.
