Parked on verge outside open gate, up to masts, over stile and up to trig and the top. Continued over stile into next field just in case it is higher. Return same way. OK views but cloud rolled in as we fininished our short visit. With brother, Pete.pwheeler18/09/2023
Parked on verge just beyond open gate, up to masts, over stile and up to trig and the top. My 700th Welsh tump.PeterD17/07/2023
Through gate, up access road & easy parking by mast enclosure at SN 5777 4301 - Over stile & path across rough ground to trig point & summit boulder. (S)gerrybowes01/12/2021

Weather continued to be very poor, but at least I had a grand day on The Gower yesterday.Alex C23/12/2018
A sign says 'No unauthorised vehicles' at the lane junction. OS 1:50000 shows it as yellow. Anyway, neither the postman nor the comms people were interested in neither bike nor trainers.Eddie13/09/2018

Drove up to the masts, as the gate was open. Lot's of sheep on the private road but no sign of the farmer.Chris Peart16/02/2016
Signs saying private property before you get to the mast and parking a bit tricky in this wet weather. Easy walk up the drive of the mast, over a stile and diagonally across a field.clivevilla10/02/2016

4/9 Short walk from masts to topFergalh05/09/2015
Road not on my satnav, also signage indicated a private road - No Access Without Permission. Drove to comms masts anyway. Short walk from there over boggy ground to summit and trig pillar. Looked at the large rock 8m from the pillar as being the true summit but rejected it as I believe it is free standing and not attached to bedrock. Basically it vibrated when jumped on, so fails the test.jonglew23/08/2014

From SN 577 429 (Mast). Made sure by also visiting high ground 100m beyond.summitsup18/02/2013
Climbed with Phil Cooper, largish rock 8 metres to SSW is true summit and higher than trig.Dugswell217/11/2012
Pleasant little path from transmitter. Ground beyond seems higher but when you get there it doesn't.destaylor16/03/2012
Short stroll across to trig point from the mast.PaulH08/08/2011
Not only an easy bag from the mast - but also a nice quiet place to sleep in the motorhome. ZZZZZZZZZMartin R23/07/2011
