Staying at OMC Cottage in Crianlarich, with Richard Moore, Nicky Creadland and Gill Short. Parked at gravel parking opposite Coileitir, followed bogged path alongside the Allt Mheuran to the bleacach. Then on to Dtoc Coir'an Albannaich, down to Meall Tarsuinn and ending on Meall nan Eun. The descend from here into Glen Ceiltein was never ending and boggy, but the new hydro track made the final 2miles manageable, 08:30hrs. Munro No's 194 & 195.chillyman820/08/2023
From parking opposite start of Coileitir track, up Glen Ceitlein to Meall nan Eun then west to Meall Tarsuinn and Stob Coir an Alnannaich. Crossed 738m beallach and up to Glas Bheiinn Mhor. Returned to lowest point on ridge then steeply north to cross Allt Mheuran and followed it down, fighting through bracken on the last section before reaching the track along the River Etive. Started off at parking area for Ben Starav. Up the track to the bealach between Glas Bheinn Mhor and Stob Coir an Albannaich and then up steep path to the plateau of Albannaich. The cloud cleared and the rest of the day was warm and sunny with great views with all the hills on show. Bit of snow left on north facing cliffs. Steep descent then over Meall Tarsuinn and on to Meall nan Eun. Descent into Glen Ceitlein was pathless and very rough. Time taken 7 hours 5 minutes for 12.36 miles and 4285 feet of ascent.isabelle01/06/2023

From camp at col 141419. Walked ridges to Meall nan Eun before descending Glen Ceitlein.mindlessflogger19/07/2008
From Meall nan Eun. Cloud gathering, it felt a bit like a race against the weather. Going this way I did have a good view of the rotten gullies and rakes on the N side of S C an'A so could pick out a good route to its summit ridge. Got there just before the cloud. Went down SE slopes and over Sron na h'-Iolaire. By heading over a 250+m knoll S of Lochan na h-uirache I avoided too wet ground and wading, to join a good path. Dave Hewitt discusses going on 'the wrong side of the hill' in Walking the Watershed, and the descent to the path felt just like that- an excellent and satisfying route with no sign of boot-prints anywherepwheeler16/06/2008
Solo. After ascending Meall Tarsuinn. From summit of Meall Tarsuinn I descended to the col with Stob Coir an Albannaich and then went steeply up a grassy rake to the east ridge of Stob Coir an Albannaich. The top of the rake is marked by a small cairn. The rake would seem to be the only easy way up a line of cliffs. I reached the summit of Stob Coir an Albannaich. I felt a pain in my left ankle which gradually got worse so that by the end of the walk back, I was going very slowly. I descended towards the col with Glas Bheinn Mhor and then down the path on the east side of Allt Mheuran. The path keeps to the east of the burn and is not very good low down. I walked back to the car on the track via Coileitir. There was heavy rain on the road journey home to Stonehaven although on the walk there had been only one very light shower.pwbellarby15/06/2008
