From Crinkle Crags - could not for the life of me find the OS path that apparently is a relatively straight line. Climbed solo. Old Dungeon Ghyll - Wall End - Pike O' Blisco - Red Tarn - Cold Pike (plus West and Far West tops) - Great Knott - Crinkle Crags (South Top, Long Top, 4th and 5th Crinkles) - Shelter Crags (plus North Top) - Three Tarns - The Band - Stool End - Old Dungeon Ghyll. 6 hours. Dry Weather. Mostly sunny but some cloud and mist patches. Getting colder later. Cold with some snow on the tops above 600m but not covering the grass. Some sunny spells later in the day. Walked from ODG hotel up to Pike then on to the three tops of Cold fell and Little Stand. GOOD WEATHER THROUGHOUT. 4TH DAY OF 6 DAY BACKPACK TO FINISH WESTERN, SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL FELLS. DAY WALK FROM LANGDALE CAMPSITE TO FINISH TOPS AROUND THE HEAD OF LANGDALE ON A DRY BUT OVERCAST DAY. UP PAST RED TARN TO GREAT KNOTT, OVER TO COLD PIKE WEST AND FAR WEST TOPS AND OUT TO LITTLE STAND FOR LUNCH.
