The Classic Grisedale Pike and Eel Crags ridges, all of them visiting 11 Wainwrights, along with 4 minor peaks. Parked in Braithwaite, then up Grisedale Pike via Kinn, and along the ridge visiting Hobcarton Crag, Hopegill Head, Gasgale Crags, and both Whiteside summits. Back to Hopegill Head and over Sand Hill and down to Coledale Hause. Then up Grasmoor, and back along the ridge to Wandope, and up to the impressive Eel Crag. Then down the Causey Pike ridge via Sail and Scar Crags, before cutting across to Outerside. Finally, over Stile End and along the curving Barrow back to Braithwaite. 24km with 1800m ascent in 9h 20m.silverwolf_alan13/05/2023

Parked on the road in Braithwaite, then walked up the easy path up the promontory. Snow underfoot with some 12 inch drifting, but not really a problem. Back down Barrow Door and the miners track next to Stonycroft Gill.gbeniston10/03/2023
