From the car park about 1km E of Kenknock (marked no parking beyond this point). Along and up the zig zag track, then left, along the upper track heading west to a gate at NN4485 3622, up on grass to a second gate at NN44686 36433, then grassy open hillside to the summit. Good views to Beinn Heasgarnich. | LizH | 14/05/2022 |

From car park E of Kenknock (ca NN476368), walked past Kenknock, up road towards Glen Lyon, left road heading NE upslope opposite Lochan Learg nan Lunn, followed compass in mist, guided by an old fence line, through various knolls to summit of Meall nan Subh, descended back to the road slightly further N, crossed the valley (climbing a gate to cross a deer fence) and climbed up a gully heading SW to the N ridge of Creag nam Bodach (climbing a deer fence to leave the enclosure I had just climbed into), followed that to the summit, then descended S/SE to the higher Glen Lochay track (at NN455366), climbing another deer fence, thence back to the Glen Lyon road and back to Kenknock parking (5h) | kdbennett | 24/01/2022 |
From car at Dalchoirich Farm to bike on (tarmac) track at west end. Meall na Cnap Laraich; Meall Touraigh; Sron Eanchainne (not easy to find looking down on it); Meall nan Subh; Creag nam Bodach; Meall a Chall and down to bike. A pretty featureless road so it took me 40 minutes to find where I had left the bike! - which made it a longish day. | dickscroop | 25/08/2018 |
creag nam bodach and meall a chall from hp of the 2 glen roads. | robertphillips | 28/09/2017 |

P at top of hydro road. Path and track then onto the wide ridge. Fantastic weather - hot sun and light wind. Top either pile of stones or cairn 50m S. Very impressive balancing rock at about 650m. | chrisbien | 06/11/2011 |
Hot, sunny and good views. | iangalbraith | 10/07/2005 |
I drove up Glen Lochay and up the Hydro-electric road towards Glen Lyon. I parked more or less at the highest part of the pass. Solo. Walked up the north ridge of Creag nam Bodach to the summit. Creag nam Bodach is used on the OS 1:50,000 map for the crags on the east side. Tacit Tables uses the name for the Corbett Top at NN444376. I continued to Beinn Heasgarnich and Stob an Fhir-Bhogha. | pwbellarby | 14/05/2005 |
With: hb sb ab; Another relatively short ascent this time from top of the pass. We walked up the N ridge and returned by the same route. | Ian Baines | 07/06/2002 |

Bagged on an aborted attempt on Beinn Heasgarnish & Craig Mhor in early June due to flu so did this instead but did not know it was a HUMP at the time. Date approx | Dugswell2 | 01/06/2000 |
On a hot day with Martin66 & MarkW from Kenknock in Glen Lochay. Followed the track N to the first junction, turning W for a short distance and then slogging up to pt 779. Directly from here to summit of Beinn Heasgarnich then over tops to Creag Mhor. Continued to Stob nan Clach then turned back to the col & worked down Coire Cheathaich to rejoin the higher track along the glen. | NotReallyABagger | 27/08/1989 |
