Invercharnan - forest tracks to NN120490 - good path to Meall nan Gobhar - Beinn Fhionnlaidh - East Top - struck down to path and returned same way. 9.4 miles, 1020m ascent, 5h 35m.Mark Jackson22/07/2023
Beinn Fhionnlaidh (Finlay's Hill) from the car park at Elleric. Followed the private road thru Glenure, well signed with way markers. Then up the well-defined track that winds itself all the way up the delectable ridge to the trig at the summit of the Munro (7.5km, 960m ascent, in 2h40m to here), with a grand view to Bidean and the Glen Etive Hills, and also out to sea. Descended steeply down and further along the ridge to bag the East Top. Returned back to Elleric by the outward route. Altogether 18km with 1200m ascent taking 6h30m.silveracorn_alan30/05/2022
Up the Glen Ure track from Elleric, taking An Grianan's SE flank once Airigh nan Lochan was reached. From An Grianan we quickly marched over to its NE Top before skirting Lochan na Fola to attain Meall a' Chreamha East Top and its slightly larger sister. A pretty relentless climb up thankfully easy terrain to the Beinn Fhionnlaidh ridge, bagging the East Top then the Munro. The tourist path back to Elleric helped succour tiring knees.summitter23/04/2022

On a sultry & overcast day with Dad. The usual route from Invercharnan. Misty & no view on top. Back via the E top. Glen Etive can be quite midgy but this trip was particularly bad.NotReallyABagger01/07/1996
