see Sgorr Dhonuill for confusing route description. I have this summit in my own book but with 2670 ft as the altitude. I'd have been over the highest ground to record a summit so it must be this one. Beinn a'Bheithir is a splendid mountain but this is very much away from its attractions and thoughts were turning to how bad the route through the forestry would be. From the col just N of this top- not so bad. With Pete.pwheeler02/06/1990
