|Another windy forecast but in the end not as windy as forecast.Biked in from phone box at Inverey to path on left - which was more of a track - then cut up ridge to ridge track and on to summit. |all six of us at Invereye house head up Glen Ey at 8.30am. At Auchetie ruin Jeff and I only, head SE up ridge to Carn Creagach 894m at 10.50am quite windy now with masses and masses of mountain hares. Down to the col and re-meet the others on top of Carn Bhac. Munro no. 108. Others return while Jeff and I continue south to Bein Iutharn Mhor at 2.00pm then Mam nan carn and Beinn Iutharn Beag (an original Munro, why was it demoted and not Carn Ghluasaid???????)12km back down the track in eventual starlit darkness to the house at 6.30 (10 hours, approx 30km)||vegibagger||30/10/1997|
