Circuit with camping from Linn of Dee taking in tops on E side then W side of Glen Derry. Climbed Meall an Lundain from south, trackless terrain, continued along ridge to climb Beinn Bhreac and Beinn Bhreac West Top. Crossed quite boggy ridge to climb Beinn a' Chaorainn Bheag, bypassed Beinn a' Chaorainn itself on descent to high point of Lairig an Laoigh. Steep climb to Stob Coire Etchachan, and easy ground to Beinn Mheadhoin SW Top and the excellent vantage point of Stacan Dubha. Descended to Loch Etchachan and climbed Creagan a' Choire Etchachan, across to Sgurr an Lochan Uaine. Bypassed Derry Cairngorm on way to Little Cairngorm and then Carn Crom. Descent to Derry Lodge and back to Linn of Dee. Quite cold biting wind for much of route but views generally good with most summits reasonably clear for much of the time.RobertP29/08/2023
Cycled up to Derry Lodge, then on foot up the ATV track. Cycled back to White Bridge to bag another two Simms in the afternoon.NormanW28/08/2023

Meall an lundain, carn crom, creagan nan gabhar, sgor mor repeat, sqor dubh, 3 seperate ridges from linn of dee, biked in to derry lodge.robertphillips06/06/2021
Via A'Chioch (to NE), Beinn a'Bhuird (to NNE), Beinn a' Chaorainn (to N) and Bheinn Bhreac (to N) - plus tops etc. Biked up Glen Quoich. Track re-routed from NO 1018 9208 (very steeply uphill) to NO 0873 9250 (very steeply down) - rough stony track for just over a mile. Too rough for me to bike, massive effort to push. Good surface next mile. Car park meter currently covered - free parking. Leaving, Meall an Lundain, picked up an ATV track at NO 07277 94447. Feint and over-grown especially from NO 0769 9453. Joined track at NO 0799 9459carole engel07/07/2020
ATV track goes up from approx. 043935. It faded away just over half way up but came across it briefly twice after there. I put a few more stones back on the cairn. Continued to Beinn Bhreac, Beinn Bhreac West Top, Beinn a' Chaorainn Bheag & Beinn a' Chaorainn.duchally19/09/2019
Debs and Tali, after Beinn Bhreac, from summit headed south to pick up track at SW end of the Clais Fhearaig lochans.Mountain Goat26/03/2019
Beautiful walk in from Linn of Quoich and up heathery SE slopes of Meall an Lundain in the snow. Easier wintry walking from there onto Beinn Bhreac and the W top. Direct line SE back down to Glen crossing Poll Bhat, then the long walk back.jenx23/01/2019
With Jenx and Bryher walking up Glen Quoich, beautiful clear skies, very cold, snowy day. Up the first marked track to its south flank, heather thrash/snow to 650m. Tidy cairn reported by Alda bit of a mess, sorted best could with many stones frozen to ground. Next visitor will have to finish the job. Off to North to pick off Beinn Breac and its West Top before descent to Dubh-Gleann and long walk outnordicstar23/01/2019

An unusually neat and compact summit cairn. I left it intact.alda18/07/2017
From S, Linn of Dee. Mapped path then deep heather to 650m, easy slopes above to tundra summit with big conical cairn. Flurry of messaging as we work to tie down Mingulay stacs logistics.RHW30/04/2017

Second walk of day on way into Bob Scott's bothy. Straightforward up, missed best line down and finished up rather to the east of where I wanted to be but picked up path back to main trackdickscroop22/06/2015
Up from Derry Lodge, to get into a phone signal trudging snow and heather. Descended from the bealach N but heather and haggs far worse. Rain washed all the snow away over the following night.Eddie17/12/2013
