Solo. From Mamore Lodge. Walked along the track to Loch Eilde Mór and up the footpath towards Coire an Lochain. Where the path reaches the outfall from the loch I crossed the burn and made a rising traverse and then straight up to the summit of Sgurr Eilde Mòr. I descended slightly northwards and then descended, meeting something of a path. I cut across to join the path leading to the col between Binnein Beag and Binnein Mòr. Followed the path to the col and ascended fast up a well trodden route to the summit of Binnein Beag. Lunch. Continued to Binnein Mòr and Na Gruagaichean.pwbellarby04/08/2003

After Sgurr Elide Mor. Stalkers' track, reasonable steep terrain on SW ridge up, steeper with scree for the descent on W ridge. The summit had been in cloud blowing up Glen Nevis all day, with higher mountains clear. however, it was clear when we were on top so we savoured its remarkable position stuck out from the Mamores over the glen.
