Kintail Brothers and Sisters ridge from Ault a' Chruinn to Cluanie Innhummusg19/07/2023
Last hill summited on Five Sisters Ridge before descending ridge NW on good path, then picking up excellent path down east side of Glen Croe to second car at Ault a Chruinn. NB Glen Croe path goes up to col N of Bhuidhe so, in hindsight, would have been easy to have continued to the Hump Sgurr na Moraich....Denise 26/04/2023

on traverse of 5 sistersThearlaichdubh13/05/2009
Partly with a friend. Frustrating day. Wanted to traverse some of Five Sisters of Kintail by starting SE end of Loch Shiel and going as far as Bealach an Làpain. At SE end of Loch Shiel there was a bridge marked on the map across the river, but when we got to it we realised it was too dilapidated and dangerous to use. We then went to Shiel Bridge. We agreed to go separately to Sgùrr Fhuaran. I thought I would climb over Sgùrr an t-Searraich. However, I met thick bracken and brambles and so retreated, wasting 50 minutes. I went SE for a little way and then climbed up towards Sgùrr an t-Searraich, contoured below its summit to reach the col with Beinn Bhuidhe. I went up the WNW ridge of Beinn Bhuidhe, passing over a minor top. I reached the summit of Beinn Bhuidhe, continuing to Sgùrr nan Saighead and Sgùrr Fhuaran.pwbellarby17/08/2007

On Sisters ridge w MVW, JT, BES and ASc et alnordicstar20/12/1999
having camped at W end of loch Claunie with Jasper the Dalmatian, I'd diven down to a bit befor Shiel bridge and up to the W end of South Glenshiel ridge, all the way W-E to Creag a'Mhaim, down to camp and next day E-W all along the brothers and sisters in too hot weather and not enough water had me skimming insects off the top of small summit ridge lochans to drink from. Finally steeply off the W edge of the Five Sisters and stuck out my thumb and fortunately someone stopped and relieved my tired legs to get a lift back to my Citroen Xantia. 13 new Munros in 2 days.vegibagger17/05/1999
