With friends. From Craig walked on track towards Glenuaig Lodge and turned off to follow footpath to Bealach Bhearnais. At top of bealach we ascended to summit of Beinn Tharsuinn. We continued to summits of Bidein a’ Choire Sheasgaich, Lurg Mhor and Meall Mòr. We descended north and followed Allt Bealach Crudhain to Bealach Bhearnais.
