from Coiremor bothy and onto Carn Ban. With GNtrimarc231/05/2022
Third day of a multi day bivi round. Started from bivi just above top of Cadha Dearg, on to Creag an Duine which took me rather by surprise, a good scramble up and a harder scramble down the same side. Then back to normality with gentle walks up Creag Iobhair, out to Carn Loch Sruban Mor, back to Creggan a Chait and Carn Ban for an early bivi.dickscroop22/07/2021
Parked at new parking at Duag Bridge (ALL HILLWALKERS MUST PARK HERE sign) for circuit of 11 summits. From Carn Ban. Onwards to Meall an Daimh Mhoir. 8/11PGCE12/05/2021

Parked at Corriemulzie Lodge to do Carn Ban. Walked up Strathmulzie. At bothy by loch struck off up hillside passing remarkable buttress of solid quartz. On to broad flattish stony area. Fine views of Seanna Bhraigh, and the Assynt hills.Aye Jimmy02/05/2007
