Part of round up to Bannadich. Nice summit | HardenC | 31/05/2023 |
Parked at bridge over River Brittle. Up the W ridge: straightforward except for a few patches of scree. | PGCE | 22/05/2023 |
From new Fairy Pools CP up the W ridge - would have been better parking at the bridge and saving myself £6. Anyway, an excellent hill - it's taken me a long time to get around to climbing it. | sclater | 21/04/2023 |
Parked at Glen Brittle YH and followed main path up til below the Thuilm ridge, then crossed river and headed up to ridge, easily finding a way through the rock bands and to summit. Grey, dry warm day with light winds. Swirling cloud cleared quickly after summit as we continued along superb scrambly ridge to Mhadaich. | Denise | 10/07/2021 |
Via the curving W ridge gained by path from hostel, crossing river at alt.300m then N slope of Coire a' Ghreadaidh. Walk all the way. Glimpses of the main ridge through windows in misty cloud, calm, warm. | RichardM | 10/07/2021 |
Up from YH. Left main path up corrie at about 370m then due N until hit the ridge. Nice scramble up to Sgurr a' Mhadaidh after summitting, tricky route finding for Grade 2. | quadbarrel | 14/07/2020 |
A pleasant and straightforward up and down from the bridge in Glen Brittle, a short day after three consecutive long days.Hot again. | dickscroop | 29/05/2018 |

up the path opposite the YH with Dave Dickinson to near the top of the corrie on the way to An Dorus, where I then went alone north across the top of boulder slope to the col then NW up to summit which was clearing as I ascended. Pretty windy. | vegibagger | 18/05/2017 |

On way up to Sgurr a' Mhadaih. | Dugswell2 | 03/06/2002 |
Sunshine and blue skies so we did Glenbrittle- Sgurr Thuilm- Sgurr a'Mhadaidh- Sgurr a'Ghreadaidh-Glenbrittle, a walk/scramble of considerable commitment. Straightforward to this first summit, a narrow ridge but a walk. We couldn't work out a way we could get onto Sgurr a'Mhadaidh directly and went via An Dorus rather than risk not giving ourselves the opportunity to get on both Munros. | pwheeler | 22/05/2001 |

With a friend. Traverse of the Cuillin ridge from Sgùrr Thuilm to Bruach na Frithe. We left the youth hostel in Glen Brittle at 10:25 following the path near Allt a' Choire Ghreadaidh. Reaching the slabs in Coire a' Ghreadaidh we crossed the burn and headed up to Sgùrr Thuilm, going to the right of a prominent cliff to reach the summit. We walked along the ridge and scrambled up steeply to reach Sgùrr a' Mhadaidh. | pwbellarby | 04/09/1993 |
