From Ponderosa, west along ridge visiting Moel y Faen, Moel y Gamelin, Moel y Gaer and Moel Morfydd. Then back along the ridge past the Ponderosa to bag Cyrn-y-Brain and on to the Trig, before returning to the car at the Ponderosa. Total for the trip: 16km with 960m ascent in 4.5 hours.
