3/4 Deweys, visiting Cerrig Llwydion, Esgair y Llwyn, Pen Lan-fawr and Esgair Ganol from SN 898 720. From Esgair Ganol best to return along forest edge to Pen Lan-fawr and follow easy ATV track down the S ridge to the road, avoids deep tussocks. On the whole the ATV tracks make it easy walking. 20km with 500m ascent in 5 hours. (S)silveracorn_alan03/08/2020

Part of a circle from Pont ar Elan. Started with Esgair y Llwy, then Pen Lan-fawr, Cerrig Llwydion, Moelfryn, Penrhiw-wen. Mostly done on path (some indistinct) and sheep trods. A fair bit of hummock grass but never ankle breaking stuff. Basically a good, solid walk. Good views all along the walk but pity about the wind farms.MikeM09/04/2015

After Esgair Y Llwyn. It looked close so diverted to take this one in. Didn't take long, but again glad it was dry and hot as boggy bits had dried up thankfully. hate bogs.dicky15/06/2014
