Detour along the ridge from bridleway Lee Gate High Markdavidpettit8403/12/2023
From Street Gate with C. Across from Parson’s Pulpit via ATV track to gate, then up to Lee Gate High Mark via BW. Then followed wall to SW of top where there was a good crossing point. Done to Mastilles Lane on a good farm track on way to Malham Moor.PeterD11/07/2022
Route from Kilnesey to Proctor High Mark - Clapham High Mark - Height - Parsons Pulpit. Lovely walk, pathless over interesting limestone country, with great views and very quiet. Only issue being big limestone walls - with no paths its hard to plot a course to anticipate gates etc, and long stretches of solid wall! With care they are all passable though.MrChris198004/05/2022
Part of run around High Mark. Quiet!. Gate more or less due East of summit. good track down to Mastiles LaneHardenC09/02/2022
Parking at Street Gate SD905656. BW NE to near cairn on Lee Gate High Mark then fading ATV TK NNW along W side of wall to Parson’s Pulpit. Back to LGHM cairn and E to col at SD930681, fair ATV TK SE to gate, where ESE along fence to fence/wall junction SD9339367690 where wall can be scaled to Proctor High Mark. 100 m W of top a wide ‘green lane’ descends to, and then through, Tommy High Pasture to join Mastiles Lane at a locked wooden gate at about SD938659, back along ML through Roman Camp to Street Gate.Isbjorn21/09/2021
A circular round of Malham Moors with Chris from SD 947 655, visiting Proctor High Mark, Clapham High Mark, Parson’s Pulpit and Great Close Hill and back along Mastiles Lane. 18km with 550m ascent in 5h50m.silveracorn_alan19/03/2021
4/5 From Malham Tarn, Great Close Hill, down to Middle Farm, round South of walls to get Clapham High Mark, Parson's Pulpit and Proctor High Mark, then down to Mastiles Lane and back to pick up Abbot Hills. A nice walk 5 hours total. Only one small easy wall, just directly West of the summit of Proctor High Mark. Key to that one was to walk up to the two stones balanced on each other, after Parson's Pulpit, and curve round the natural valley to find this wall.nickywood117/10/2020
From Parson's Pulpit crossing and back to the Malham Tarn - Arncliffe Cote green-road. Easy.Eddie14/10/2020

Round of Clapham High Mark, Parsons Pulpit, Proctor High Mark, Great Close Hill and Abbot Hills from Street Gate. 9 miles, 3 hours 26m. A lot of the route was pathless but it is still fairly easy going.clivevilla08/06/2020
From the parking area used for Malham tarn, just under Nine mile in Three and half hour taking in Parsons Pulpit then onto Proctor high mark. There is wall below the last hill that needs careful climbing skills.WAYNE ROWLETT24/05/2020
Roadside parking on Malham Moor Road (roughly SD 955 652). First visited Malham Moor, before setting out in a big arc to the north to bag Proctor High Mark, Clapham High Mark and Parson's Pulpit. A few awkward wall crossings where no convenient stile or gate. Joined Monk's Road from Arncliff and followed it to Middle House Farm. Then popped up the super little Great Close Hill and later Abbot's Hill, before returning along Mastiles Lane. 20km with 670m ascent in 6 hours. (S)silveracorn_alan16/05/2020

Continued forward to Mastiles Gate, then across Tattersal Pasture through convenient gap in wall (SD 93828 67390) to Proctor High Mark.
