From Ullscarf north along line of fence posts (not many left now) to newish fence junction. Easy climb over fence as no barded wire, sadly though the old stile was not replaced. Good grass path direct to top. Not sure why shown as having zero prominence on this site as there is quite clearly several metes of drop on all sides of this top. On to Low SaddleHillsidenick03/06/2017

From Thirlmere - Harrop Tarn - Ullscarf - High Raise. Descent via Wyth Burn was a mistake - very wet and marshy; suspect returning over Calf Crag and Steel fell would have been better. Quiet route by Lake District standards!benalder28411/11/2016
A round from Steel End car park, taking in Middle How, Ullscarf ( second time ) High Saddle, Low Saddle and Standing Crag. A gloriously sunny day but after heavy rain, still wet underfoot. Harrop Tarn appears to have almost disappeared under weed.Lou02/10/2016
