E and NE by the Tongue How BW and Long Grain to Iron Crag (Ennerdale Fell). 
NW along the Ennerdale Fence and SW to Whoap, Lank Rigg, Kinniside and Latter Barrow. 
Down to the Ghyll Farm Sheepfold and back by the Calder, Monks Bridge and Friar Gill.

Parked at the lower car park for a 28 mile circular walk. First I climbed Grike (488m), across to Lank Rigg (541m), Whoap (511m), and Crag Fell (522m) before descending back to the lake via the Crag Fell Pinnacles and Angler's Crag.
