From Cam Spout Crag. Made a rising traverse from Cam Spout Crag summit to get back onto the main ridge and made a careful descent, only coming to a sheer drop once and fortunately not dropping off it. Slightly worried about the time now - about 15:00 - and forgotten my torch. Reinforced by a couple of Tunnocks Caramel Wafers, headed down footpath as fast as possible but was tricker than expected on rock slaps. Great Moss nowhere near as bad as feared though. On to High Gait Crags.Wycombe Wanderer03/12/2019

High Scarth to Cam Spout Crag and on to Pen a bit tricky in places, otherwise all ok. Section 34B All Hills completion on Throstlehow Crags.jonglew19/11/2019

Tour of 12 Birketts with Lesley. Sun and snow showers -beautiful. Stayed at Eskdale YH. this is one of those super mini tops off the beaten track -just seems right -shaped by ice with its own crag and great outlook and setting surrounded by much higher fells.Chris Pearson11/04/1998
