A long hard day to pick up Gavel Pike, Cofa Pike and Gale Crag, involving going over St. Sunday Crag, Fairfield, Hart Crag and Hartsop-above-How. Well worth the effort. After the intial ascent the hardest part was the descent from Hart Crag. A outstanding walk.BURGESS07/07/2023

Back to the Gavel Moss col and down by the Elmhow zig-zags. Back by Thornhow and Glenamara Park.
