Round of Coniston Fells from Coniston. Path up by Long Crag, levelling out then diversion to Yewdale Crag. Continued on to Brackeny Crag, then NNW to cross Tilberthwaite Gill and climb Blake Rigg, Haystacks, Hawk Rigg, High Fell. Crossed a marshy area to climb Great Intake then return to cross Tilberthwaite Gill and head S to join path. At high point headed off to climb Kitty Crag, Long Crag, High Wythow, Low Wythow and descend SSE to rejoin outward route. Mist and continuous rain for much of route.RobertP05/11/2022

Thick cloud on The Old Man so we opted for a potter around his lower Fells. From the village up the Mine Road then north along the narrow path to Lad Stones.
