From the Waterhead carpark, then along mainly grouse terroriser tracks, with the occasional heathery diversion, to bag the Glansie Glen hills of Wester Hill, Earn Skelly, Ruragh, Hill of Glansie, Hill of Garbet, and Hill of Mondurran. Had to cross the Burn of Glansie to get back to the car, but relatively straightforward. 4.5 hrs total.summitter08/10/2022

Weather not as good as forecast. From head of Glen Lethnot up the old stalkers path to first top but then mainly on good estate tracks, not all on map, with the odd diversion to the summits.Hill of Glansie, Ruragh, earn Skelly, Wester Hill.dickscroop26/09/2016
A circular walk from the head of Glen Moy with Stonehaven Mountaineering & Hillwalking club. A steep ascent to the summit of Craigthran. Plenty confusion with paths on the ground but not on the maps & we had the most recent os map. Some drizzle but nothing too bad, however lots of rain thunder claps & a lightning flash all around us. The extent of our views today Ben Lawers range & Schiehallion to the Montrose Basin. We did not intend walking over to here but we had made good time. Found something that could be explosive found out later they were part of a rope bird scarer. Would have scared us if they had went off when we were having dinner #2 at the summit trigLizzieG22/05/2016
