From Camas-luinie. Along path on S side of Glen Elchaig then crossing bridge to track on N side. Crossed a very low River Elchaig to take stalkers' path running up W of Carnan Cruithneachd then near high point headed up to top of Carnan Cruithneachd (fine summit). Crossed to Suie Dhu, down to top of falls of Glomach, across stream then steeply up to Meall Sguman. Return to Falls of Glomach and down impressive path to cross bridge to the Glen Elchaig track. Hot sunny day.RobertP02/07/2018
