Up the newish Hydro track next to Latrie burn - parked by buildings a couple of hundred metres in. Almost at end of track, just after last tree, cut down on ATV track to a newish ATV bridge. Follow track well up towards summit where it peters out then pick your own easy line. Easy to miss start of the track on the way down. | dickscroop | 18/02/2024 |
Parked on verge near Loch Carrie for a circuit of 5 Simms. 1/5 | PGCE | 08/05/2022 |
6 of 6: From Creag Feusag. Descended SW then S. Quad bike track lower down to the house west of Mullardoch House. With Karen. | ChrisR | 18/07/2021 |
Track on east side of Liatrie Burn along with a newish ATV bridge (NH252345) with a faint track that runs towards the summit makes life much easier. | BaggerGutt | 28/07/2020 |
From W of Loch Carrie, after Soutar, ACW circuit of 4 tops. Outcrop 3m NW of cairn. Steep descent ESE, decent grassy, tussocky in places, boulder hop the burn then hydro road and back along road. failed to find the 3 OS BMs en route to car but found decent number of BMs on drive back down glen. Then straightforward 9h drive home - excellent Easter weekend. | RHW | 22/04/2019 |
New hydro track east of Liatrie Burn was very useful for gaining ground and height easily and avoiding rough vegetation | alda | 04/06/2018 |
revisit for the tops, C/W round of mullach a ghlas thuill, stob a choire brig, braigh a choire brig, squrr nan clachan geala, squrr na lapaich, carn nan gobhar, creag dubh, creag feusag, mullach tarsuinn, from mullardoch dam. | robertphillips | 15/05/2017 |
From dam at Loch Mullardoch. Solo. After ascending Mullach na Maoile, Càrn nan Gobhar, Creag Dubh and Creag Feusag. The mist now cleared as I went E to Mullach Tarsuim. I descended SW to reach the car crossing several burns in spate. The rain had become heavy and continued so as I drove to Inverness. | pwbellarby | 23/05/2005 |
