Rain overnight and all day till 2pm then wintry showers in N wind. Set off fr A93 3:45pm, summit in 50 min up easy tracks (2nd track soft in places) but no views due to horizontal snow shower on top. Back at car 5:15pm, very easy hill.NorfolkPT2115/03/2024

From the small layby on A93 150 yards S of Ben Gulabin track, via that track and the path to the SE Top (an excellent viewpoint), BG and Carn Mor, via the track leading almost to the summit and three cairns. Some icy snow patches, but an easy descent thanks to the full moon.Nick Down118/12/2021

up the track from A93, the track goes all the way to top of the hill. good views northNozzer01/05/2018
non-work day outing. I left Morningside at 7.17 am, stopped in Blairgowrie for petrol and reached the starting point just north of the Spittal of Glen Shee about 9.15 am. I left the car about 9.30, discovered that I parked one lay-by too soon, but this only added a couple of hundred metres. I struck up the excellent path, probably too fast and had to stop to catch my breath. I then continued at a more measured pace. I was on the top by 10.45 am, so within the guide book time of 1 h 20 min. On the way south I stopped in Perth and walked up Kinnoul Hill only to discover it was not a Marylinn ;-)langskill20/04/2018

After competing in the Scottish 6 Days Orienteering Event Day 4. With a fellow competitor. From the start of a track at NO114713 where there is space for a few cars to be parked. We followed the track northwards and NW. A newish track, not shown on OS 1:25,000 map, goes SW from this track towards the summit of Ben Gulabin. The new track is an ugly scar on the landscape. We followed the new track and the final bit to the summit on a path. The highest point is a rock a little NW of cairn. We returned the same way. A little rain, but not as much as forecast.pwbellarby03/08/2017
