From Carreglefain South Top. Used the gate at SH 32302 40912. Pleasant rocks on the left (southwest) side led to the top.Alan Moore03/05/2019

From car park at end of lane to SW. Good views across the bays at dusk.rhalstead24/12/2017
Nice rocky profile. Direct route from the S Top is fraught with the 3 b's - bracken, bramble and bloody gorse. Scrambled up the NE end of the face.jonglew09/09/2017
With K. Best approach is probably parking at 321 407. We initially parked at corner at 328 410 where farmer was initially reluctant to let us use large layby but warmed after the correct pronounciation of a few local placenames. However, the footpath from here heading NW does not exist on the ground. Eventually met local resident who provided very kind assistance and clearly loved this hill.Ashley27/07/2017
From campsite at Morfa Nefyn, into Nefyn then paths up to Mynydd Nefyn woods. Excellent track on SW approach, gates and paths recently improved for easy access to the two Tumps and Hump top. Big car parking space at end of the lane near the col to SW. Circuit back using coastal path to Maritime Museum in Nefyn with fine tea shop. Good walk for the pupnordicstar15/06/2017
Parked 328410 along path over the walls, once reached drive straight up. From summit descended to west then visited both nearby tumps. Good paths and various gates in the walls to assist access.Rob5028/04/2017
From end of minor road to SWtim74720/11/2016
We parked at the good parking at 328410 but gave up with the bracken covered path- untrodden for months?- not good in September. We went round to the road end to the house below Carreglefain and found informal tracks through the scrub to an excellent rock summit.pwheeler17/09/2016

Parked as arranc. This one might be better in winter as, especially if you combine with other tumps, there is quite a bit of off path through bracken, gorse and heather. The cairn, as you can see on the photo, is not quite the summit.clivevilla28/10/2015

Good parking and easy ascent from SH320407Chris Peart19/01/2014
good parking at 328410. bracken covered path to north by wall over two stone walls and onto drive leading up to house. round the back to path by wall to south of hill underneath crags and rock falls. gently up on boulders and heather to top with small cairn perched on the edge, not on highest point. continue NE to farm and back on track and road to car.arranc21/07/2013
Nefin to Llanaelhaearn. Not a good approach direction - ladder stile at 318409 descends into impenetrable brambles. Spent much time wall hopping & gorse bashing to get back on line of ROW. DL's path improvements not obvious yet! Very nice viewpoint thoughSmudge26/11/2011
Ascent with Andy T from Nefyn. Heavy going through bracken. Also visited 2 HPs on south summit, which might be as high.Man of Kernow116/07/2011
Climbed from track to east allowed a direct ascent to the rocky outcrop. Property owner doesn't mind use of track for access and stated that plans afoot to improve walking routes around here this year.Dugswell205/03/2011
Easy stroll from parking at corner of wood. Did the peak to the south as well as it looked of similar height.signyred07/06/2009
Plenty parking at right hand bend to East. Footpath gone. From gate there is finally a path. Top is a large summit outcrop with a small cairn about 2m away.destaylor27/05/2009
