Parked on road corner to the north. Down road 20m then cut into wood to visit summit area. Had a wander around visiting various high points. Carried on down the road to visit the ruined church.Jephcote8312/12/2023

Parked by hairpin bend then walked back up road to its HP and into woods. Plenty of fallen trees and flat top. Used GR to find top. Also didn’t help that it was 45 mins after sunset.PeterD15/11/2023

Parking area beside hairpin bend at TQ 0129 2209 - Headed up over high point of road & shortly after bend headed SW into copse for about 40m to the summit grid reference. (S)gerrybowes14/04/2021
Parked in the car park near the Mens and used the bridleway through Hawkhurst Court to ascend. Trudged around the trees at the flat top in heavy rain before visiting the nearby trig. Descended the same way.garyhoney14/11/2020

On the bike from Billingshurst station after work. Wandered around south of the crest in the road until I spotted the tree in the photo, but the top could have been anywhere in that area.Richard05/08/2020

In primeval -feeling deciduous forest with many fallen mossy trees. HP not obvious on flattish tree and bramble strewn top but we thought it by an oak. Orange tinged skies after sunny springlike day. Nearby but lower trig felt more like the proper top!Denise 18/01/2018
Large level summit in messy woodland. Easy access.RichardM18/01/2018
same round as Mark Jackson except I took 40 mins longer.trimarc224/10/2017
5hr circuit from Pulborough station: Park Mound, Fittleworth Common, Hesworth Common, Bedham Hill, Toat Hill, BroomershillMark Jackson29/08/2017
Parked on Crimbourne Lane and walked across via Hawkhurst Court (take the RH fork through the property): a very pleasant walk if somewhat damp underfoot followed by a walk around summit area and a loop back. Accompanied by Rosalie who was a muddy but happy canine at the end.JOHNS29/07/2017
Bagged Flexham Park trig to the west where all the mature trees have been harvested before Bedham Hill HuMP summit in woods.Dugswell208/09/2016
Just a forgettable wooded summit off Wakestone Lane (Bedham) as a bag, but a interesting walk if The Mens is included. I started at the small WT car pk off Crimbourne Lane (about 024236). 4 miles, route finding needed, sunny.pwheeler26/05/2016

Grey murky calm morning, leafless trees, nothing stirring. 10 years since I last stopped off here, but I only visited the trig then thinking that was the top. History of Magna Carta on radio.Chris Pearson05/01/2015
Gibbet Hill, Black Down, Telegraph Hill, Bedham Hill and Leith Hill on way to London. Gibbet and Leith are both very good for South East.simon and co07/09/2014

P at sharp bend. The copse is pretty flat.chrisbien24/04/2013
Light rain as I walked through trees to a trig at 151m. HuMP top on the lane above where I had left the car. No views trees. 8.30.arranc28/02/2013
A walk into the woods from the road to the north. Nothing much to see.Biffin27/05/2012
unremarkable, will easily be forgotten.JohnStoneham26/02/2012
Parked in a good space by a hairpin bend on the narrow road to Bedham 5-bar gate opposite leads to trig in trees (good job leafless or would be difficult to see). Not very inspiring hill.Best was autumn colours along the road.David Rawden15/11/2011
Des mentions top under a fallen tree. Which one? Actually quite enjoyed this one whilst it lasted. Not a mile wide track to it.Martin R21/08/2011
Both the Trig point and the Summitt are hard to find up here though you get less scratched finding the Trig point. Simialr experience to Des, lots of fallen trees and high point near one of them.Father Ted03/09/2010
Parking not bad. Bird reserve and forest being allowed (by the look of it) to look after itself. Easy climbing over fallen trees and bits and pieces. Summit could be anywhere - GPS gave under a fallen tree!destaylor09/02/2009
