Solo. Day trip from Stonehaven. Parked at bridge over Tarvie Burn on A924 road. Walked along the road and then up track past Tarvie House. At the end of the track is a bothy. I was now in mist and using compass. To Druim Mòr, Carn Dubh and hence to Ben Vuirich. The summit has a square-section trig point inside a stone shelter. Returned more or less via outward route.pwbellarby05/11/1995
