A clockwise circuit of the hills surrounding Loch Moraig. Started at the walkers CP and took track to Cnoc Monzie. Another track then heather tramp to Meall Mor. More heather to Creag Eallaich, following a fence line to the summit woodland. Quite a big heathery drop en route to Creag nan Ceard, but easier climb over grazed fields to the top. Track and road back to the CP. | summitter | 11/08/2023 |
Parked on the road to Loch Moraig and up track towards mast, through the gate and then straight up to high point. Looped round to Loch Moraig before heading back. | Nicky C | 08/09/2021 |
Anti clockwise circuit of Creag nan Ceard, creag Eallach, Meall Mor, Meall Duidhinidh, Drum a Chait, and Meall Dail Min from Old Bridge of Tilt. | daviemore | 14/04/2021 |
A good 9 top round from loch moraig, cnoc monzie, beinn bheag, sron an h innearach, stac nam bodach, meall breac, creag nan yailey, meall mor, creag eallaich, creag nan ceard. | robertphillips | 13/07/2019 |
Stopped off to ascend whilst driving north. The clearing is probably the highest point, but the gate between the two woods provides the best viewpoint. | JohnW | 08/07/2019 |
From the usual Beinn a Ghlo parking, up the side of the woods, then over decrepit b/w fence to h/p. On wards to Meall Mor afterwards. | NormanW | 12/11/2017 |
Parked on grass verge to NNE. Up to left of first wood, right of second and left of third. The third one contains the summit clearing. | Lindsay M | 02/04/2015 |
