Along the track from the parking area east of thick walled Lochindorb Castle, likely constructed in the late 13th century for Sir John Comyn and bizarrely used for target practice during WWII. At the end of the track a small cairn directs a route NE to a fence. Once at the fence we followed it, staying in the woodland to the top of Craig Tiribeg. Once back at the fence, we followed it all the way to Carn Ruigh Chorrach. Continuing SW from the Trig eventually brought us to a track to Corrycharcle and beyond to the lochside road.summitter08/11/2022
Parked at the end of the track opposite Lochindorb Castle. Took the track round the S side of the hill. A good little path continued up on the left from the track end, then along the fenceline, giving a mostly pleasant forest walk. Slightly rougher ground towards the summit rock, but not unpleasant. Interesting summit with glimpses of the loch through the trees.LizH24/01/2022

Large cairn on rock outcrop in a less densely forested area of Scotch pines, accessed mainly on track from the loch shore.Denise 08/10/2018
Track from Lochindorb zigzags up W side of hill almost to summit.Easily throug heather, billberry and grass to summit topped by rewarding cairn on gneiss outcrop amonst open pine forest.RichardM08/10/2018
Up from parking opp castle. Either way when track forks works. W Jenx and Bryhernordicstar26/01/2018
Parked off the road opposite the old ruins of Lochindorb castle and headed up the track. At its end there was a faint path to the top of the tree line and then I just wandered through the trees on easy terrain to the summit. I didn't find the going at all rough and the views over Lochindorb were well worth the effort. With Ben.Peterb08/10/2017
So the occupants hole themselves up mid loch and the enemy put up a siege and starve them out?Martin R22/03/2016

Used track from Lochindorb to its end, then short hop through very rough terrain, cairn well hidden in jungle. lovely views of the castle though.hils13/04/2015
Up track from Lochindorb then through sparse pines, over high points to SE then cairn. Roe deer panicking in woods.Eddie05/03/2015

Second Hump escaping from heavy rain in Fort William. Ignored the faint tracks on the 25K map. the track shown on the 50K map is probably best. Faint path of sorts leads up fence from the end: Ancient forest gave easy visibility and relatively easy going. Big cairn on Rock.GordonAdshead01/09/2012
