Circuit of Bhuidhe Bheinn and Sgurr a' Bhac Chaolais from just N of Coireshubh. Set off along good path running high above Kinloch Hourn on a day with forecast heavy rain and thunderstorms (it turned out just a couple of showers and drizzle). Climbed roughly NNW (very steep) to reach Buidhe Bheinn West Top, then nice traverse to the Corbett, a couple of tops then Sgurr a' Bhac Chaolais, descent to Bealach Duibh Leac via Sgurr a'Bhac Chaolais East Top. Traverse to join path running back to start, camping close to a knoll in still midgy conditions.RobertP27/05/2017
Glen Shiel - Bealach Dubh Leac - Sgurr a'Bhac Chaloais - Buidhe Bheinn and return. Significant snow cover and mist together with significant ascent and re-ascents made this a challenging mid-winter route.benalder28411/02/2017

From Coe road, up end of ridge track and onto first corbett. Good winter snows, stiff progress along ridge between summits. Back by reverse route.nordicstar04/04/2010
Solo. This Corbett then along all 7 of S Cluanie Ridge; not sure which ascent route, prob Bh Duibh Leac - which would put this as first 'top' of the day. Tops in cloud for this first part of the day.NorfolkPT2109/08/2009

NB (MO), DR (SnS), MB. Glen Shiel to Forcan Ridge, The Saddle, Sgurr na Sgine, Sgurr a'Bhac Chaolais, Bealach Duibh Leac & Glen Shiel. Fine day with sunny periods.Vin20/03/2005
With Smithy from Glen Shiel. Followed path up to Bealach Duibh Leac & then up to top of Sgurr a'Bhac Chaolais. Continued round fine ridge to twin summit of Buidhe Bheinn which was worth it for the walk never mind the fact that the Corbett was reassigned sometime later! Back to Sgurr a'Bhac Chaolais & then on to Sgurr na Sgine & The Saddle by which point the Cluanie Curtain had descended. Dropped into the glen & back to the start.NotReallyABagger01/09/2003

With two friends. After staying at Glen Brittle YH. Conditions of strong wind and mist made us decide against anything in Cuillins. On mainland there was rain so coffee was had at Robin's nest, Dornie. From NG970140 on the path beside Allt Mhàlagain, keeping to west side. Then we followed Allt Coire Toiteil. Reached the NW top of Sgurr na Sgine and the main top. Went down the NE ridge - steep - much vegetation. We reached Sgurr a' Bhac Chaolais. We went down to Bealach Duibh Leac, then followed the path back to car (more a line of cairns in upper part). Wet and windy with mist on the highest parts.pwbellarby12/06/1983
