Kintail Brothers and Sisters ridge from Ault a' Chruinn to Cluanie Inn | hummusg | 19/07/2023 |
08:00, cool, low cloud, calm at car park to SE. Reasonably easy climbing up to the Bealach an Lapain, dry underfoot and the cloud keeping the sun off. Emerged from the cloud at the bealach and waltzed along the ridge in the sunshine enjoying the spectacular cloud inversion. Saw a walker struggling up the slopes from Gleann Lichd, apparently attempting a head-on ascent of Beinn Odhar. Advised him to make a rising traverse SE to the ridge. On to Sgurr nan Spainteach. | Wycombe Wanderer | 04/06/2023 |
