Gairich, Loch Quoich. Walkhighlands routehummusg30/01/2024
With Nikko Lim, parked at the Dam at Loch Quioch. Followed the standard route up to the edge of the forestry at Bealach na Faire, then up the east shoulder. The scramble bit is tiny, but Nikko had never done anything like this, so took a little bit of time. Great views all around, a low level band of mist filled in Glen Garry and Glen Kingie. A very slow day and a rush to get back before sunset.chillyman804/11/2023

Excellent views west into Rough Bounds, summit compact and enjoyable, but much of the approach path was appallingly waterlogged, I lurched from one patch of quagmire to the next, it was detestable!NorfolkPT2117/08/2022

Solo - set off in the dark (head-torch on) at 7:15am and was back at the car just before noon. Very very wet walk-in and out (first/last two miles) and generally soggy up to the final ascent at around 600m. Summit was in the clag when I got there - but of course that had cleared off by the time I was most of the way down.mproudfoot15/11/2020

Had to walk in from Kingie (road shut due to land slip) - crossed dam then took south footpath - very wet and boggy - then ascended via East Ridge to summit - wet, snowing, slippery, poor viz - short but unavoidable rock step - would be fine in dry conditions but tricky when snowy. Return in dark via same route.wychwood22/12/2018
Overnight stay in local lodge then 30 minute drive to start. Clear with developing cloud then very misty and windy at summit and on descent. Boggy and tricky navigation at times. However very straightforward with path most of the way.Solo.Langbank 25/09/2018
