3/5 Parked in the road side parking area at the end of the public road at SH 696 512. Followed RoW up past Coed Mawr, up to the old sheep fold at SH 676 525. Then small track to the ridge near Bwlch Maen Pig. Headed north along the ridge to Carnedd y Cribau, and on to Clogwyn Bwlch y maen. Turned round and followed ridge back to the col at Bwlch y Rhediad, then south up to Cerrig Cochion, and Moel Meirch. At the tarn crossed the fence and headed SE along the ridge of Yr Arddu, and down to the RoW, which I followed back to the car. A small, clear, albeit often very wet track most of the way. A round trip of 17km with 930m ascent in 6 hours.silveracorn_alan14/04/2022

Parked at 65705 52717 in the small layby, went up the FP through the woods then bracken to the open hillside, turned left more or less along the fence line to Carnedd y Cribiau, continued to Clogwyn Bwlch y Maen, retraced steps and continued south to Cerrig Cochion and then back to the car. Very hot day and, although paths more or less the whole way, slow going. 3 hours 40 mins for 7.57 miles.clivevilla28/06/2019

A BBB (Barely Baggable Bump) Climbed from Carnedd y Cribau en route to Yr Arddu. A tricky rocky ridge down to Bwlch y Rediad and then a goodish path up to Cerrig Cochion. A cairn on top of a rocky outcrop marks the 550m contour shown on 1:25k map.chriswatson06/06/2012
