| Day trip from Mallaig, like clockwork save the issue booking late with the ferry then being dropped onto a standby for the return journey… plenty time between, was even another ferry meter. | Up track north from Inverie. Shorty after track starts to descend towards Folach Bridge there is a wooden gate in the deer fence that is easy to climb over and then ascend west to Bealach following line of burn. Short climb to top from there. Quite a big cairn. | Jossker | 20/05/2023 |

| From Inverie up track to deer fence, followed RHS of older deer fence to new deer fence, easy to cross in corner. Angled across towards summit, easily up lhs of stream until it was obvious to cross and around to summit. Off South West side across to Roinn na Beinn. | From Inverie campsite along road to Lagan Bridge then Roinn na Beinne, Meall Garbh nan Gobhar West top, Meall Garbh nan Gobhar and Druim na Cluain-airighe. Descent into Coire na Craoibhe and deer fence handrail to track S back to Inverie. Weather deteriorated as day progressed with low cloud, wind and rain. | From the Old Byre, Inverie. Lovely paths shortcut up through bluebell woods to join the more tedious hill track. Up the N side of the stream, just past Folach Gate. Old style navigation in thick mist is hard, many lumps and bumps, compass needed uphill. Nice summit ridge, despite no views. Down Scotas burn, mist cleared to fine views. Easy descent until the tussocks and other hostile vegetables through the fenced area, but nice going through the trees at the end. Lovely walk in the sun around the bay. | Gill | 15/05/2022 |

| Solo. Cairngorm Club meet based at Knoydart Foundation Bunkhouse at Inverie. Used track that goes towards Inverguseran. Went through gate in high deer fence to west of track, but this was a mistake as I had to climb over the fence later. Got to summit of Druim na Cluain-airighe. The views were really good - to Small Isles and inland to various Knoydart peaks. Went S to Beinn Breac and its SE top.
